THE COST OF STAINED GLASS or STAINED GLASS PRODUCTS (e.g. mosaic or light panel) is calculated individually and is formed from the following components:

 

  • development of a preliminary design;

  • type of glass from which the stained-glass window will be made (1st, 2nd, 3rd category), the number of colors in the product per1 m²;

  • calculation of product complexity (number of parts per1 m²);

  • size (large or miniature), shape complexity;

  • location, ceiling height, hard-to-reach places;

  • stained glass technique: Classic, Tiffany, fusing, art painting;

  • facet, decorative inserts, bending elements, other decor, decor or fasteners that are made individually.

 

DEFINE THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PRODUCT by the number of parts

it is possible according to the table (an example of a stained-glass window in the Tiffany technique).

* The cost of the product complexity is added to the cost of the above listed components and additional costs (see after the table) that are included in your project.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

 

Delivery, installation and other costs are added to the cost of the work.
Stained glass in doors, windows and small-sized products do not require complex supporting structures. In the manufacture of stained glass ceilings, niches, partitions and large stained glass windows, additional stiffening ribs, profiles, and special fasteners and frames are used for installation.
Load-bearing structures come in varying complexity: steel frames for ceiling lamps, frames with forging or laser cutting elements. The price of the supporting structure depends on many parameters and is therefore assessed separately.
